Where does lil sweet treat source its candy from?
All of our candy is globally sourced and imported directly from Europe and beyond - including sweets from Sweden, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Germany, and France, alongside other international finds. Every product is labeled with its country of origin so you always know where your candy comes from. You can mix and match in store by the bag, or shop our internally sourced selection online for nationwide shipping.
How often do you update your candy selection?

Do your candies contain allergens?
We offer a variety of candies that are gluten-free, dairy-free, gelatin-free, vegan, and naturally-dyed, and we clearly label each candy and mix to help you shop and snack based on your dietary needs.
While none of our candies contain nuts as ingredients, we want to be transparent that there is a risk of cross-contamination. Many of our candies are sourced from suppliers where we cannot guarantee they were processed in a nut-free facility before arriving to us.

How should I store my candy to keep it fresh?
Store your candy in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. For gummies, resealing the packaging after opening helps maintain freshness for up to 3 weeks.
What are your shipping options + delivery times?
We offer standard ground and expedited shipping. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method. You will see estimated delivery prices + options at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $55 if the shipping cost is less than $28.
Do you offer cold pack shipping during the warmer months?
Yes! During the warmer months, we include a cold pack and thermal pouch with every order to help keep your candy cool and protected in transit. A small increase in product pricing helps us cover this added protection.
If you're located on the West Coast or in the Southwest, we recommend choosing expedited shipping at checkout. This adds an extra layer of protection by speeding up delivery, helping your sweets arrive fresh.
Please note: In the case of extreme heat, we reserve the right to hold or delay shipments to ensure your candy arrives fresh + intact.
Do you handle refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll do our best to make it right.
